pinstripe flame design .... try number 1

Was bored , so decided to attempt to do some simple flame design on my old helmet.

Drew straight on the helmet by freehand and used metal flakey nail polish to draw the lines ....

conclusion.... 5/10

using enamel metal flake nail polish to mark out the lines..

completion with gloss laquer.. flake effect is not obvious , more like flat silver .

Bike Shop Recce trip 19/03/2011

Gang decided to go bike stuff recce trip since it was a Saturday...
primary purpose was to hunt for head cowling for Jes and Hyder

After breakfast , 1st destination

Decided to move on to next stop when it started to rain , so its pit stop time ..

Unity for Japan charity ride 16/04/2011

We were invited by Biker's Aid for this event to help raise funds for Japn in the wake of massive earthquakes that had hit them bad .
Me and Jes met with the guys at KTM , some didnt turn up to to the rain but still there was at least 50 bikers who made the trip.
we went in a convoy to Kazbar @ church street where we actually got ushered to park in the "courtyard"

we then proceed to walk to KAZBAR which sponsored the event  with free food and refreshments,
shocked when we were warmly welcomed by the event emcee and percussion band .
Impressed.

after the speeches by the VIPS and belly dancing performance

we moved into the inner dining area where we saw videos on the sad disaster and responded by donations via sms on our handphones

after which most sang to the tune of "Heal the World".........
All the time a female performer with great vocal was performing live at the stage in front of the restaurant

Great event and feel good factor.
i rode off smiling
