below are some of the pics from our DIY exhaust wrapping session by me , mike and shah .

1) washing of bikes prior to wrap ( personal preference since need to clean up exhaust before wrap as well )
2) exhaust wrap used for this project . note : used proper titanium wrap as recommended rather than cheaper fibre versions. above packet good for 2 bikes with 4 headers . Approximately 3m for each header is sufficient with 1/4 inch overlap.
3) many methods of prep, i used the soak in water method
4) using stainless steel clamps to secure the 1st round of wrap....
5) round and round
6) and round.....
7) after wrapping , use another SS clamp to secure the other end .
8) screwing it down ...
9) 1 side done...
10) completion
11) start up and let run for few minutes . smoke and smell is normal , will go away after some time.
